Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free Tools

All tools on allio.tools are free to use with no payment required. There is nothing to refund for free tool usage.

Pro Subscription — Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account dashboard under Account → Subscription → Cancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Pro Subscription — Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscribers. If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, contact us at admin@allio.tools within 7 days of your initial payment and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method. After the 7-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error or charged twice for the same subscription period, please contact us immediately at admin@allio.tools with your payment reference number. We will investigate and issue a full refund for any confirmed erroneous charge within 5–7 business days.

Grievance Redressal

For any payment-related complaints or disputes, please contact our support team at admin@allio.tools. We acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to your payment provider or relevant consumer protection authority.
