Privacy Policy

Overview
Allio Tools is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data. We operate a free, browser-based utility platform where most tools process data entirely on your device without transmitting it to our servers.
Information We Collect
Using the tools on allio.tools requires no account and no personal data. We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on page, country/region (derived from IP, not stored), device type, and browser type. This data is aggregated and not linked to individual identities. If you choose to create an optional account (to save preferences or access account-based features), see 'Account Data' below for what's collected at that point.
Account Data
Creating an account is optional and only needed for account-based features — it is never required to use any tool. If you register with email and password, we store your name, email address, and a securely hashed (never plaintext) password. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address, and profile picture with us, along with a unique Google account identifier used to recognize your account on return visits; we do not receive your Google password or access your Google account beyond this basic profile information. If you previously registered with email and password and later sign in with Google using the same email address, we link the two so either method signs you into the same account. This data is stored in Cloudflare Workers KV and is used solely to operate your account (authentication, session management, and any account-based features) — never sold or shared with third parties beyond what's needed to process sign-in (e.g. Google's own OAuth infrastructure).
How Tool Data Is Processed
The majority of tools on allio.tools process all data locally in your browser using JavaScript. Files, text, and values you enter into tools are not transmitted to our servers. A small number of tools make requests to third-party public APIs (such as ipapi.co for IP lookups, qrserver.com for QR code generation, and allorigins.win as a CORS proxy). When a tool uses an external API, this is noted in the tool description. The data sent to those third-party services is subject to their respective privacy policies.
Cookies and Local Storage
We use minimal cookies. Google Analytics sets analytics cookies to measure usage. If you create an account, we set a session cookie to keep you signed in; signing in with Google additionally involves cookies set by Google itself as part of its sign-in flow, governed by Google's own privacy policy. No advertising or targeting cookies are used. Some tools may use browser localStorage to save your preferences (such as last-used settings) entirely within your browser. This data never leaves your device.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Google Analytics 4 for usage analytics; Google AdSense when advertising is enabled for monetization; Google Sign-In as an optional way to create or access an account; Cloudflare Pages and Workers KV for hosting, CDN delivery, and account data storage. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We do not sell your data to any third party.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), or other applicable privacy laws, including the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. If you never created an account, we hold no personal data tied to you, and clearing your browser cookies and localStorage covers everything we store locally. If you did create an account, contact us using the information below to access, correct, or delete your account data — we will action such requests promptly.
Children's Privacy
Allio Tools is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the Last Updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
